If you're on a tight budget, there's no better choice than the Ceramic Water Dispenser. For less than $40 you're getting a good water dispenser, plus a nice stand for it. Regular 3 or 5 gallon bottles are used, and you're definitely going to spend more money on water, than on the dispenser! This one is great for home use too, because of its small size.
