Most water dispensers have a 1 year limited warranty which may be enough for a water dispenser used in your home, but certainly not enough for one used in an office. The Pacifik High Tech Water Cooler has a 5 year warranty on the refrigeration system, which is the most important part, especially because it uses a compressor to cool the water!
